Even if you're not a gambler (and we're not), you can have a good time in Reno. We spent an entire day at the National Automobile Museum (see the next sub-gallery), but we found other attractions there. On the recommendation of the host/cashier at the museum, we had a wonderful lunch at Bertha Miranda's Mexican Restaurant. The service was great and the Chihuahuan-style food is absolutely delicious. We asked Manager Diana Miranda (who, by the way, is quite delightful) for a dinner suggestion and she mentioned three places that sounded promising. We decided upon the Stone House Cafe and our dinner there was excellent. It goes to show that it pays to ask a foodie for food advice! |
