| On August 9, 2012, we traveled to Tucson to visit with Lila and her Affies. This was Chacha's first homecoming since Lila entrusted her to our care in February, about six months prior. Jupiter and Mateo are always happy to visit their first home and, as we expected, Chacha was delighted to return for a visit. Zila's puppies are now about five months old and the three that remain with Lila (Morey, Diva and Lucy) are totally adorable. As a special treat for us humans, Ed and Judy took Lila to a delicious early lunch at Mi Nidito, a South Tucson landmark (est. 1952) and a long-time favorite Mexican restaurant of ours. |
