My Bose speaker just up and quit working on me for no apparent reason. Never having had reason to deal with Bose before but dreading dealing with "support" folks- I ended up calling their customer service line folks who surprised the cynic in me with a level of knowledge and courtesy that was beyond any expectations. I fully expected a run around and what I get was a shipping label and the promise of a newer model unit for $75 bucks guaranteed to my door in 5 days... No complaints here!



Silent Night is no more, now just sweet music to delight.
All customers are calm, all is right.
Sounds by Bose, Bluetooth digital music by candle light.
All is good as customer service did me right!
