I wandered out to my Gentleman Farmer friends homestead tonight. Go figure, I had limited gear with me and saw a bunch of Hummingbirds flitting around the patio and porch areas. Grabbed my camera and pulled off one acceptable picture. I'll be going back, soon for more with some other lenses to hopefully get the shot that is in my head. I just need to get the shot from idea to set up to memory card before they all head out for warmer weather in a month or so. I am thinking shooting these guys is all luck and little skill…
