Cygnus Dark Diddy

I'm not aware that this region of dark nebulae in Cygnus has a designation, and I've not seen it detailed other than as a crop of a wide field survey image. It sits within the emission region of DWB 18. The main blue/yellow star pair are HD 193621/HD 228935. The star pair is 621 light years away though I can find no information on the dark nebulae.
