The ends of the industrial building which house cranes, were connected by a length of structure that was not as tall as the ends. To help support this portion of the structure, fluorescent light diffuser was hot glued to the foamcore. This is proving to be an extremely useful means of supporting scratchbuilt flats (among other buildings). This was a technique shared with the Central Indiana Division of the National Model Railroad Association (CID-NMRA) by member Trevor Jones at one of our Modeler’s meets.
