To create the concrete base for the industry, I used Woodland Scenics Smooth-it and the paving tape. I started by carefully measuring each piece of tape and attaching it to the homasote base but it quickly became quite tedious. There was a lot of “cutting and pasting” involved in creating the concrete lanes that alternated with areas of bare ground.
