Tim, I really appreciate the interesting lesson - one I wasn't familiar with from a technical perspective. As a viewer however, I know this reality. I love how you've tied the words to the image.
A photographer told me that any time you have print in your image - that is what the viewing will focus on first. This image is powerful to me because of the words - and their relationship to the young woman. Here she is - so "Fair" yet sitting in the castle with an expression that is "Ice Cold."
