Ahh, I see it now! I was seeing the darker parts as a black membrane with highlights but now that you explain it I can see them as holes instead. Great optical illusion and good work bringing the color back. ~Sharon

Hi Sharon. It's a dog toy - A hollow rubber ball with a bunch of holes(about 1" diameter) in it. (That's how it came.) I'm glad you found it intriguing. I almost lost the color to the strong highlight. It took some careful processing to bring the color back to life. -Mark
Clearly this is a blue ball of some sort but I have yet to make any sense of it. I love the light blue and the texture. Any hints on what it might be?! ~Sharon
