John, The bellows extension was about 3 inches (75mm) so the magnification should be about 1.5X. My submission is a crop using about 1/3 of the full APS frame. I included a small fly far to the right of the aphids in the original capture. In the end, it's just poor framing on my part as the fly adds nothing to the composition and I estimate my bellows can provide up to about about 3.5X with a 50mm lens at full extension. So, I could / should have captured this filling most of the sensor frame. Despite owning it for 20+ years, I'm just now learning how to use the bellows. Take care.

Great use of a bellows to capture these "communications". The DOF couldn't have been much more than the depth of their bodies. Excellent shot.

I didn't even notice Junior until I opened the image. Good take on the theme even without Junior and even better with Junior. Good effort to focus with this ultramacro. What mag would you estimate this is?
