Rolls Royce 1911 Silver Ghost Artichoke

this is not quite a macro (I have one a bit more macro-ish, but it does not show the nifty radiator belt to the left)
still it is almost a macro of machinery & some very elegant iron that I had to share

That's shiny :) That is an interesting belt. I've seen a line of replacement belts that work like that. You just select how much you need and put it together to get any length you need. It supposedly lasts a long time and runs nice and smooth. It seems to me that the hood ornament balances the bell of the horn in this shot. It's very elegant.
