I couldn't resist this shot when I saw our neighbor's Santa face down in the yard.
Maybe too many cookies? Or the egg nog finally caught up with him?

I've been seeing a lot of deflated Christmas "blow up" figures all over the place like this. When I asked about the story, the answer was that it saves electricity to turn the power off during the day & only inflate the figures at night. If that's true, they seem to be a dumb thing to put out on display.
