Back Lighting, Rim Lighting, Fire, and Action

Without the current DPF assignment, I would have chosen to shoot this scene at another time of day.
The back lighting was glaringly intense. Almost too intense. Just to "see" the performer, I had to shade my eyes with my hand.
However, I took that to be a challenge and carefully worked with camera angles to make the scene work.
