V is for Volatile

I saw this will looking out of the window of an office at work, and figured it would be perfect for the challenge. The trick was to get my phone and get a good picture before the light changed...

Excellent thought! Even though the shot is busy, it works. The construction and the buildings give it a sense of "where". Great catch for "V"!
