Seen "in passing" as it twirled around bringing many smiles.
Would definitely NOT have been "in passing" if my granddaughter had been with us! ;)

I purposely chose to not "freeze" the passing by of the carousel, to show a touch of motion.
Would have made a more interesting shot to use a tripod and slow the shutter even more - not an option though at the time.
