Story behind the image:

Fred (in the red shirt) has been the only guy on our team since I started 3 years ago.
John (in the light blue shirt) just started and was given the desk next to Fred.
Gerald (on the left) move to the desk right behind Fred and John.

So I promptly named their little area the "Bro Zone" (because none of them liked "man cave", as it's too bright in the office) and even posted signs on their windows.
They all wanted a picture of them together in the new Bro Zone, so I (of course) obliged.
