A cute little tree tucked nicely into the corner. I noticed the pens right away too. ;) "Prizes" for the youngsters after their dental visit maybe?

I actually like the chair next to it and that you can see the counter and window (gives it a sense of "where") - especially with the pens (?) standing up in the window next to the tree. You did cut off the top of the star, though, but you got the presents at the bottom.
