New Years Day is still part of the Christmas Season

The Christmas Tree conversation there he other day inspired my New Years Day Challenge photo.

No flash. Hand held. Very little post processing. Background was merely what was "at hand".
I got the idea for this subject when I noticed it on the kitchen table at breakfast on New Years morn.
