This is my version of this tweeked photo in Photoshop Elements 8. How? 1) I opened up a "New" with a white background on the pull down menu. 2) I opened up up the photo "My Favorite Butcher" from our Tweek It Gallery that I had right clicked on and saved into My Documents. 3) I cropped the center of the photo to an oval shape. 4) I moved the oval over to the "New" blank white background with teh "Move" tool. 5) I used the "Smudge" tool around the border of the oval photo. 6) Saved it to "My Documents at this point. 7) I brought the oval photo on the white background back up. 8) I added the yellow frame by bringing up another "New" blank background, a little bit larger than the white background. 9) I moved the oval shaped photo with the white background over to the blank yellow background with the "Move" tool. 10) I did my final crop and final save. 11) The original was smaller than 2 inches with 72 resolutions. In order to enlarge it the only way I figured I could do that was by changing the resolutions to 400, which I did, in the end so you can view the final tweeking I did to the photo.
