I removed noise/artifacts from the sky, cropped a bit from the left and bottom, and removed the flagpole and flag wisps.
Then selected everything behind the station building and the pedestrian walkway (except the light "stars") and blurred only that (Gaussian blur). Just a touch of sharpening for web.
