Capitol, Stars and Stripes

I set the camera down on the curb in the center median because I had no tripod. I like how the headlight "stars" draw your attention away from the iconic view of the US Capitol.

This is my favorite of your 4. I love everything about it. Did you use a star filter on your camera? It's amazing how this is a hand held shot. Beautiful work.
