The first contractor wanted to lay two sheets of slightly different color linoleum, so we
had our doubts about him anyway. The new floor arrived today, but when the second contractor
showed up to install it, he said he couldn't lay linoleum on a floor that was so unlevel. In
addition, it was going to cost as much to level the floor as it was going to install the linoleum.
Fun fun, back to Lowes we go. About now we're getting upset. What should have taken 1 day, has
turned into 2 weeks. The second crew of installers is top notch tho, and we've told Lowes not to
send that first group back. And, as a testament to Lowe's committment to customer satisfaction,
they're footing the bill for leveling what the first contractor was trying to "get by with".
