On Sun the 7th I took a ride to Manawa to scout out the area where I would be working the next day. On the way back I spotted this redtail hawk on the railroad tracks on top of a freshly killed rabbit. Of course I missed the shot of it on its supper but got this one when it flew to the tree above the tracks. You can see the blood on its beak yet.
