This is a wild redtail hawk that lives in the area of the Feather Rehab Center. If you put food up on the hack box and give a few whistles it will come in for it. Trying to get a shot of it coming in is a challenge though. It usually appears out of nowhere and usually before we have our cameras ready. This was a lucky shot for me.
