According to Karen S. Killmar, Associate Curator of Mammals at the San Diego Zoo, "Mangabeys are mid-sized African primates. The golden-bellied mangabey is found in the central Congo region of the
continent." Their scientific name is "Cercocebus agiles chrysogaster".
