This stele (gravestone) has a complicated name, i.e. Antiochus - Mithra - Apollo - Helios handshaking. I suppose this means: the stele is of Antiochus, he is represented as Mithra and is shaking the hands of Apollo who is also Helios, the sun god. From the Comagene Kingdom, 60-40 BC.
