I was informed about an article, "New Menander mosaics from Antioch" in American Journal of Archaeology, 4 October 212, Vol. 116. This enabled me to identify pictures. Here we see the whole set of frames.

First, left, Menander’s Theophoroumene. Next Synaristosai. Then Philadelphoi. And to the right Perikeiromene. I rearranged the pictures of details accordingly.
