In 2019 I flew to and from the new airport, both international and nationale. This is a picture of the old (Atatürk) airport, a curious sight. Formerly one could not take such a picture, because you'd be either on approach or take-off, here we are about to turn north (right of plane) to approach the new airport. The old one is almost empty, I understood the few remaining planes are to be sold, as owners were unknown, or failed to pay for services and parking.
