Apart from a date for the two periods combined (6000-3000 BC) there was no explanation for this and the other objects from this period.
There were a few intact vessels and many fragments, that probably would have adorned similar vessels. They somehow are stylized in a way that almost seems modern. Great objects, small as they may be.
