Antalya Museum feb 2015 4925.jpg

In the Antalya region, long white socks with vertical lined motifs are for men. They come from Yörük villages, are hand-knitted and are often made with the wool of the sheep they own (= homemade, in more than one sense). These socks are not very old: mid-20th century.
