The decorated car (generally with the new wed couple on board) is touring the large neighbourhood, followed by a caravan of cars filled with relatives and friends. All cars honk the best they can, scaring unprepared Western passers-by – each beginning Turkish marriage to resemble the announcement of some end of the World.
