The recently restored walls of the inner citadel, leading up to the ‘Şark Kale’ (= Eastern Castle), a massive bastion at the junction of the inner and outer citadel. Originally a Byzantine construction, 9th century.
The minaret belongs to the Allaeddin Mosque, founded in the 12th century.
