On a map I found this area named as "Terraces", they connected the theatre and the temples. Great parts of the area can be inundated at times. I think the first one is that over a North Portico, of which little if anything remained, or just floodad land. In the distance we see some more water, that of a Nymphaeum or monumental fountain.
