A portico supported by four columns at the east side of the courtyard is located in the front section of the türbe (mausoleum). They may have been added in a later period. Immediately below the portico is the entrance to the burial chamber (sometimes described as a mummies room), with stairs leading down. The burial chamber consists of a room with a long, pointed vault. There is a mihrab in the wall ahead in the front section, behind the stairs. To get to the türbe one has to first enter the mosque through a door to the right, then turn left twice. A dome with a high drum and twelve sides is located on top of the türbe. There are 3 sarcophagi inside the tomb, but there are 16 graves in the burial chamber. Immediately below the portico is the entrance to the burial chamber (is is sometimes described as a mummies room).
