This is the şadırvanaltı mosque, the mosque above an ablutions fountain. The mosque being closed (it seems to be a mixture of baroque and empirical styles) has a reading room (which is also called şadırvanaltı and seems to be more properly above the fountain). It seems to be from the 17th century, but was restored after some fires, so it dates from 1883.
