The Bailey Fountain at Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn

Built in 1932 by architect Edgerton Swarthout and sculptor, Eugene Francis Savage. Named for Brooklyn-based financier and philanthropist Frank Bailey. Figures include Neptune, the god of water at the base, and male and female nudes representing wisdom and felicity.
