Beautiful Ha Long Bay ("Bay of Descending Dragons") is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is in the Gulf of Tonkin. Approximately 20,000 limestone islands and islets are in the Bay.
The Gulf of Tonkin is off the coast of northern Vietnam and southern China.
