using arcsoft i could not get the water perfectly level... does it seem good enough... i dont know photoshop... it was hand held...

Open the image in Photoshop
Go to the eyedropper tool in the tool panel to the left
Click on the lower right of the eyedropper toolbox.
It will open up with 3 options.
Choose the ruler tool and then click on the top portion of one of the lines in your picture.
Click and Drag the ruler tool through that line and release it at the end of the line.

Now go to the image menu at the top of your page and open the menu.go to "rotate canvas" and find "arbitrary" and open it

That will open and indicate to you if it needs to be corrected either clockwise or counterclockwise and exactly how many degrees.

Click ok and it will correct your image for you.

All that is left is to do a final crop.
