SMC split with St. Rose, winning the first game 2-1 as MegO pitched a masterful complete game and she and KellyL had doubles for SMC. St. Rose took game two, powered by a pair of HRs, as KellyE had a double in game 2 ... Katelyn had an RBI single and a nice sac bunt on the day ...I'd heard from a St. Rose mom interested in photos of their seniors, so I took a bunch for her and ended up getting both HRs ...
I'm late in uploading the photos and you can likely tell I shot one-handed (thank God for the monopod) as the angles are limited and I couldn't get much fielding -- as I shattered (intra-articular fractures) my right thumb on the extension ladder about 15 minutes before game one ... Sorry ... Dang -- another broken bone as my big toe is just now healing! Now I gotta adapt this splint so I can shoot the final 12 games of the season -- and Em's lacrosse season!
