The band of 'old rockers' I interviewed a month or so ago finally had their first gig as a group. The crowd they drew wasn't huge, but it was an enthusiastic bunch of fanatics. There were the usual yells of "Play Freebird" and "More cowbell!", half of them instigated by the band.
Unlike the carnival Elvis - these guys had a good time playing.
