In spite of all the emotion and sadness to see the old house come down, one of the sisters managed to joke that the only hunting that would have been going on around the property in the last ten years was "getting after all the rats." As she ventured closer to the house, moving aside an old scrap remaining from some blinds, her sister tossed something at her ankle ... "RATS!"
