Emu Berry (Podocarpus drouynianus)

Believe it or not, this is a conifer. It belongs to the family Podocarpaceae which are mainly trees and shrubs of the Southern Hemisphere which have fleshy cones.
Emu Berry is a shrub found only in higher-rainfall parts of the south-west of Western Australia.
Emu Berry has separate female and male plants. This photo is of developing female cones.
