Teresa sold the home in 1969 to Barbara Sullivan who remained there many years. This home had the original single lane driveway and carport and the Kayals had a contractor construct a sideways garage with a circular driveway that had a spur into the garage. Teresa had a new Chevy Corvair Monza that she parked in there and she even let me drive it before I had a restricted license. Apparently the circular driveway was removed and a wider driveway up the home was installed. This is one of the few homes in the area with trees to provide shade on the home in the afternoon.
