National Airlines was all so in this building. My Dad was a Pilot for National. I remember being in it and it was so crowded with Eastern and National passengers and all the seat were taken. I do not remember PAA AM being there but I was young. The only build left in this area was the US Post Office build. I would always look for it when I was driving down 36 Street.

No, it was demolished and replaced in the 60's. The Pan Am "Taj Mahal" building was built where the parking lot was and part of the Pan Am flight training center is about where this terminal building was. The old Pan Am hangars are still there and still utilized by aircraft maintenance companies for maintenance of airliners from around the world.

Is any of this still standing? I know there are still some old buildings left on NW 36 St. Would be nice if this was still there and could be saved.
