Don: The unidentified officer (to the left of Kelly Browning) is Art Kirwin. By the way, CAPT Robert Grant is the Seventh Coast Guard District's Deputy Chief of Staff. He is still on active duty & going strong. I know because I work with him in the District Commander's office. Thanks for the great photos!! Charlotte Jones
