Tammy was my active duty counterpart and Personnel Officer for the ISC. I replaced her for three weeks active duty in 1997 at the Brickell Plaza Federal Building when she went off to Warrant School at Pensacola, FL for a month. She retired on 1 May 1999 after 20 years to start a new family with her husband who also retired from the Coast Guard.

I'm sorry numerous gents, but I think she was the best active duty boss that I served with in thirty years of reserve duty.
