Ramp Control Senior Agent Willett "Bill" Stubbs and Ramp Control Agent Ron Smith hamming it up at the General Aviation Center. Stubbs is doing his "Daddy Bill" imitation which we all became sick of over the years.

Bill became Supervisor of Ramp Control after the retirement of Supervisor Cornelius "Connie" O'Regan in the late 80's. Ron became Supervisor of Access Control in 1987 after Supervisor Dan Bowersox resigned, and Airfield Manager in 1996. Bill Stubbs passed away in 1994.
