Zuly was a relatively new hire in the newly created Access Control section of Airside Operations supervised by newly promoted Supervisor Dan Bowersox who had been a Terminal Operations Senior Agent. Access Control was created when the airport eliminated the former Security Division and distributed their personnel in unequal parts to Airside Ops, Terminal Ops and Landside Ops. After I retired in 2000 the airport has since created yet another Security Division which absorbed personnel from the three Operations Divisions.
