I took this photo because I used to have lunch fairly often in the first Pollo Tropical on NW 37th Avenue and Flagler Street in Miami and I thought that it was absolutely delicious. From that first restaurant a new chain has developed with restaurants all over the southeast and they are still delivering a great unique selection of reasonably priced meals. My wife gets takeout meals from their restaurant in Miami Lakes once or twice a month and we have never had a bad meal from them.
