The floor of the kitchen was rotten(subfloor and joists) all the way to the middle of the base cabinet that you see in the picture. This was caused by the washer fittings leaking, as well as the p trap underneath the kitchen sink. All left unattended, never fixed. I was just gonna paint and lay down some stick on tile.

Oh well.
